The winners in the main nominations of the National Literary Prize of Belarus 2026 have been announced, reports ONT TV channel.
In the "Poetry" nomination, Volha Rusilka won with the book "Kotra".
Anatol Zekau was recognized as the best in drama for the book "Yard Under Stork's Wings".
In non-fiction, Ihar Marzalyuk won with the book "Blood on a White Background: Belarusian Collaborationists during the Occupation of the BSSR".
In the "Literary Criticism and Literary Studies" nomination, Dzmitry Radzivonchyk was noted for the book "Bridges and Shores. Finally, I Understood How It Works...".
Hienadz Aulasenka became the winner in the "Children's and Teen Literature" category with the book "How the Water Spirit Tried to Joke with People".
Palina Korneyva received the award for best debut with the book "Notes of a Young Surgeon".
All listed publications were released in Belarusian.
