In Minsk, cottages will be built on the site of abandoned territories and old sheds
New cottages will appear in all districts of the capital.
In the coming years, 360 cottages are planned to be built on such sites. This was announced by Anatoly Vyaderchyk, the general director of "Minskstroy", Minsk-News writes.
New cottages will appear in all districts of the capital — depending on the location, from 1 to 25 houses will be built in each of them. For this, sites are being selected where it is impossible to place multi-story buildings or industrial facilities.
— In Minsk, there are some unused sites. They are either abandoned, or there are undestroyed sheds there. A decision was made to build individual residential buildings on these sites, which cannot be used for panel housing or any production, — explained Anatoly Vyaderchyk.
The company's first nine projects are already in progress. Two of them will be put up for auction in the near future, and another seven cottages are planned to be completed next year. Land plots for construction will be issued under lease agreements.
According to the head of "Minskstroy", the houses will be handed over in a high degree of readiness, with all engineering networks connected, so that buyers only need to complete the finishing work.
