45-year-old appraiser from Smolevichi sentenced in "Hayun case". Here's what is known about him

Pavel Petrazhytski is an experienced appraiser with almost 20 years of experience.

Pavel Petrazhytski is 45 years old. He is originally from Grodno, but moved to Minsk a long time ago, and then to Smolevichi.

The man is a professional appraiser with almost 20 years of experience. Since 2015, he has been registered as an individual entrepreneur in Smolevichi. In April 2023, Pavel received a certificate confirming he is an attested appraiser, which was valid until 2026. Previously, he worked for the capital's company "Center for Economic Projects", which specializes in property valuation.

Pavel led an active lifestyle and traveled a lot. His profiles on tourist services are preserved online, and in social networks, he sometimes signed himself as Pavel Tourist.

At the end of 2025, Petrazhytski was sentenced in the Minsk Regional Court under parts 1 and 2 of Article 361-4 of the Criminal Code — "facilitating extremist activities". He received a sentence either in a penal colony or under "restricted freedom with referral".

Details of the case and what exactly became the reason for the persecution are still unknown, but, most likely, the repression is connected to the "Hayun case".
