Found Bahdan Yunchyk told where he was hiding for three days

The Internal Affairs Directorate of the Brest Regional Executive Committee reported what they learned from 15-year-old teenager Bahdan Yunchyk, who had been hiding for three days and was finally found yesterday.

As Bahdan himself told the security forces, he lived in a family-type orphanage, and after a conflict with his foster father, he took offense and decided to leave home. The teenager took a diesel train to Pinsk, where he stayed all this time: during the day he walked around the city, trying to stay away from crowded places and police patrols, and spent nights in abandoned buildings. He did not plan to return home.

Meanwhile, the boy was being searched for with the help of special equipment, drones, and quad bikes. During the search, residential and abandoned houses, basements, swampy areas, and the forest massif near the agro-town where Bahdan Yunchyk disappeared were examined.

A 36-year-old resident of Pinsk helped to conclude this case, as she noticed a boy matching the description of the missing person. After that, he was quickly found.

A medical examination showed that the teenager's health condition was satisfactory.
