Bysol Accused Stryzhak of Refusing to Transfer Control Over Legal Entities in Poland and the USA
The legal entities BYSOL PL FOUNDATION in Poland and BYSOL USA International Foundation in the USA, which were previously established for the strategic development and sustainability of the "Bysol" Solidarity Foundation, are now not controlled by the foundation's team. They were not transferred to the team and remain under the control of former founder Aliaksei Stryzhak, Bysol reported on its website.

Bysol reports that after an internal crisis, which ended with Andrei Stryzhak's departure from the organization, a principled decision was made: he was to transfer his founding powers in all three BYSOL legal entities – in Lithuania, Poland, and the USA. This was communicated to the team, publicly announced, and enshrined in the decisions of the directorate and the founder of the fund.
However, it is claimed that the agreements were only fulfilled regarding the Lithuanian organization, while control over the Polish and American ones remained in Stryzhak's hands. He explained his position by a desire to start his own activities and rename these structures, stating that he had changed his mind and did not have the funds to register new legal entities.
The Bysol team, according to them, offered to compensate Stryzhak for the costs of establishing a new organization in Poland, but he refused and announced that he had already begun the process of renaming the existing Polish structure.
Bysol considers this refusal a gross violation of previous agreements. Reportedly, these legal entities are not Stryzhak's private property. They were created and developed through the joint efforts of the team, partners, and donors, and all financial expenses were covered through Bysol's Lithuanian legal entity.

He organized the ByCovid19 campaign and the BY_help initiative, and later co-founded the BYSOL Solidarity Foundation, whose assistance reached thousands of people.
