Dzyarzhynsk Resident Strangled Father-in-Law, Then Texted Girlfriend Posing as Him
A 37-year-old man lived in Dzyarzhynsk with his girlfriend and her 58-year-old father.

Last spring, when the woman was not at home, amidst prolonged hostile relations, during another conflict, the "son-in-law" strangled the "father-in-law". After that, he transported the body to the Chaussy district of the Mogilev region and buried it in his parents' shed, according to the Minsk Regional Police.
For a long time, the man deceived the victim's daughter, convincing her that her father had left her, even sending messages from the deceased's phone. However, thanks to the skillfully conducted operational work of detectives, the crime was solved.
A criminal case has been initiated on the fact of murder. The detainee faces up to 15 years of imprisonment.
