Cirrocumulus clouds, resembling a sheep's fleece, were observed over Minsk today. The Telegram channel «Minsk. Main!» shared photos from its subscribers.

Such clouds appear when warm and cold air masses meet at high altitudes, and they often portend a change in weather, but without rain.
