In the Minsk district, police detained two teenagers who were riding a train, but not inside the carriage, but on its exterior.
Since the beginning of this year, five instances of citizens riding on the exterior structures of trains have been recorded in the Minsk region, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The latest such incident occurred on March 22 near the Kryzhoŭka stop.
Police officers detained two boys, aged 12 and 13, who were riding on the outside of the carriage. The teenagers were taken to the police station.
Administrative liability is provided for such actions in Belarus — a fine of up to 30 basic units.
