USA confused Great Britain and Australia flags before King Charles III's arrival
Authorities in the District of Columbia, where Washington is located, mistakenly hung 15 Australian flags instead of British ones near the White House before King Charles III's visit.

According to Reuters, the mistake was quickly corrected.
The King of Great Britain will visit the USA on April 27.
This is Charles III's first trip to the USA as monarch, and also the first state visit by a British king to the country since 2007.
