An unusual post for top athletes appeared on the Instagram of Benfica's Portuguese handball player Mikita Vailupau.
"I was at @repolinare's concert in Lisbon not only as a listener but also as a hired photographer to capture this performance! — wrote handball player Mikita Vailupau on his Instagram.
— Cool, pleasant singer, familiar melodies, warm and relaxed atmosphere, it was a pleasure to listen and work simultaneously! The concert was, undoubtedly, a success!

30-year-old Mikita Vailupau was born in Vitsebsk, and played for SKA in the capital, then for Meshkov Brest club, then in Hungary for Veszprém. Since 2025, he continues his career at Portuguese Benfica.
Vailupau was one of the few top-class Belarusian athletes who, on the day of Russia's attack on Ukraine, had the courage to call for an end to the war.
Mikita Vailupau is known not only as an athlete but also as an artist. His works, written in an abstract style, were exhibited in Belarusian galleries and, importantly, sold.
32-year-old Palina, who until 2018 was known by her youthful pseudonym Polina Respublika, embarked on a big tour of Europe. On May 3, she will sing in Amsterdam, on May 8 — in Paris, and on May 10 — in Yerevan.
By the way, remind yourself of her song "How are you?", for which many loved her. And which, after 2020, is perceived as prophetic.
In 2024, a terrible personal tragedy occurred in Palina's life: her 18-year-old younger brother, talented footballer Khvedar Palianeychyk, died in a car accident. The singer published a poignant memory about him.
