Who sold the apartment in "Mayak Minska" to the missing Melnikova? Such a person does not exist
It recently became known that Anzhalika Melnikova, the former speaker of the Coordination Council, who disappeared with 150 thousand dollars, bought two apartments in Minsk after her disappearance. With the help of the "Cyberpartisans" initiative, "Zerkalo" found out some details about the seller of one of these properties.
Melnikova purchased the apartment in the "Mayak Minska" residential complex on Piatra Mstsislaŭtsa Street from a citizen of Belarus named Aliaksei Vitalievich Chalayeu.
He owned it for a short time — about 4.5 months. Journalists tried to contact him, but no information about this person was found either on social networks or in other sources.
Representatives of the "Cyberpartisans" initiative checked Chalayeu's passport data — and came to the conclusion that such a person does not exist.
— Based on the databases available to "Cyberpartisans", there are reasons to believe that this is a cover passport for Aliaksei Labeyeu — a KGB counterintelligence agent who repeatedly met with Melnikova, — the activists write.
Before Chalayeu, the apartment was owned by Radzivonava Anhelina Aliaksejeŭna, born February 2, 1990. She purchased the apartment on May 16, 2025.
Such a person does not actually exist among Belarusian citizens. And the passport that appears in the documents was issued on May 13, 2025, that is, 3 days before the apartment purchase and sale transaction.
Also, according to information from "Cyberpartisans", in some state documents, the passport in the name of Aliaksei Chalayeu appears together with another cover passport in the name of Vasili Kaichanka (VASILI KAICHANKA).
Earlier, representatives of the initiative found out that "Vasili" is a Belarusian counterintelligence agent who arrived in Sri Lanka in January 2024 together with Labeyeu. Melnikova also flew there at the same time.
Thus, the "Cyberpartisans" conclude, Aliaksei Labeyeu himself re-registered Anzhalika Melnikova's apartment on Piatra Mstsislaŭtsa Street using fraudulent documents. And earlier, he, in turn, received it from another dummy person.
Former speaker of the Coordination Council Anzhalika Melnikova disappeared in March 2025. She was last seen in Sri Lanka, where Aliaksei Labeyeu, a 32-year-old man with whom Melnikova had a relationship and who, as journalists found out, works for the Military Counterintelligence Department of the KGB, also arrived at the same time.
After her disappearance, a criminal case was opened in Poland, but what happened to Anzhalika is still unclear.
A year later, her photos from a Minsk gym appeared on social networks, and her father admitted to "Nasha Niva" that she had been in Belarus "for quite a long time." "Zerkalo" found out that after her disappearance, Melnikova purchased two apartments in Minsk. The arrest on her third apartment was lifted, and a property division with her ex-husband was formalized.
