Anzhalika Melnikava acquired two apartments in Minsk after her disappearance
One is on Liubimau Avenue, the other is in the "Mayak Minska" residential complex.

Former speaker of the Coordination Council Anzhalika Melnikava stopped communicating on March 25, 2025, and at the same time, over 150 thousand dollars intended for the Coordination Council and "Cyberpartisans" disappeared with her. "Zerkalo" found out that several real estate transactions in the capital were concluded in Melnikava's name after her disappearance.
Documents show that half a year after her disappearance – in September 2025 – Anzhalika became the owner of a one-room apartment in Minsk. The dwelling is located on Liubimau Avenue, its area is 33.8 square meters.
Prices for similar apartments in this area range from 208 thousand rubles (about 71 thousand dollars) to 240 thousand rubles (82 thousand dollars).
Later, in January 2026, the former CC speaker bought and registered another apartment in her name on Piotra Mstsislaŭca Street in the "Mayak Minska" residential complex in the Uskhod microdistrict. According to documents, it also has one room, with an area of 91.8 square meters, which is incredible for a one-room apartment.
An apartment with the same area as Anzhalika's new apartment is a four-room apartment in this complex, currently selling for 1.1 million rubles (400 thousand dollars). A smaller three-room apartment in "Mayak" is listed for 643 thousand rubles (219 thousand dollars), and a spacious two-room apartment is for sale for 572 thousand rubles (195 thousand dollars).
Melnikava had jointly owned another apartment in the capital with her husband since 2016 and was registered there. The head of the association of former security officials "BYPOL", Aliaksandr Azarau, reported that in April 2024, Melnikava's home in Minsk was searched, and she herself received threats at that time.
According to a "Zerkalo" source, an arrest warrant was issued for this apartment in May 2024. At that time, the Investigative Committee opened a criminal case against 257 participants in the upcoming elections to the third convocation of the Coordination Council, and Anzhalika was among them.
However, in February 2026, the arrest was lifted by a decision of the same Investigative Committee. A month later, the apartment became Melnikava's sole property. The reason for this was an agreement on the division of joint spousal property. As a rule, divorce is the reason for the official division of property.
Former Coordination Council speaker Anzhalika Melnikava disappeared in March 2025. She was last seen in Sri Lanka, where Aliaksei Labeyeu, a 32-year-old man with whom Melnikava had a relationship and who, as journalists found out, is an employee of the Military Counterintelligence Directorate of the KGB, also arrived at the same time.
