One-year-old girl accidentally scalded by boiling water in Bobruisk

The girl sustained severe burns.

The accident happened on June 29, writes the Investigative Committee.

The girl was in the kitchen with her father. He turned on the electric kettle and briefly went to the sink.

Meanwhile, the child pulled the edge of the kitchen towel on which the kettle was standing. As a result, it overturned, and the girl sustained burns from boiling water.

The child was hospitalized. Her condition is assessed as severe but stable. There is no threat to life.
