Viktar Sazonau's Debut Book of Poetry Published

In the poetry series «Brukavanka», released by the publishing initiative «Polatskaje Liada», a book of poems by the prosaist, author of «Smuggler's Notes» and «The Genetic Alphabet», Viktar Sazonau, has been published, writes bellit.info.

«Give Yourself Silence» is the debut collection of poetry by a seasoned author, in which the style of Viktar Sazonau the prosaist is recognizable; his humor is interspersed with distinctive folk wisdom, formulated into apt aphorisms. Among other things, the book also contains unexpected love poems.

You live in dreams, or wander barefoot,
You'll never truly understand this world.
If you're a poet, then not quite a philosopher,
And if a philosopher, then not quite a poet.

Previously, the publishing initiative «Polatskaje Liada» released in the book series «Brukavanka» books by Yury Humianiuk, Siarhei Pataranski, Yanka Laikou, and Viktar Slinka.
