Mysterious spheres found on Australian coast. Space specialists are dealing with them
Six large silvery spheres were washed ashore in northern Queensland, Australia. According to preliminary assessments, they could be fragments of space technology, writes the BBC.

The Australian Space Agency is currently studying the origin of the finds. Specialists in protective suits placed the objects in special sealed containers under police guard, as dangerous substances might be inside.
The Queensland Fire and Emergency Services established a 50-meter safety zone around the discovery site and urged residents not to approach similar objects, and to immediately report them to emergency services if found.
Versions have appeared online suggesting the spheres could be rocket fuel tanks. If so, they might contain residues of flammable or chemically active substances. It is not yet known which spacecraft these objects belonged to or which country launched them.
Similar incidents have happened before. In 2023, a large metal dome was found on the west coast of Australia, later identified as a fragment of an Indian launch vehicle. And in 2011, a spherical object was discovered in Namibia, which, according to experts, could have been a rocket fuel tank with hydrazine residues.
