«There are things we don't talk about, we keep silent». Lukashenka spoke with difficulty but urged generals to fight for peace to the last drop of blood

In his speech to officers on July 6, Alexander Lukashenka emphasized that he «would not send them to the slaughter,» but it sounded like pre-war conditioning. If Alexander Lukashenka truly wanted to keep Belarus from direct involvement in the military conflict, he would first stop inciting hostility towards neighboring countries and Europe as a whole. The fact that this is not happening indicates the opposite.

Alexander Lukashenka's health is failing him again. His speech to officers on July 6 was difficult for him; he felt short of breath and had difficulty pronouncing some words, even seemingly simple ones like «excessively.»

«I emphasize once again, dear comrades, no one will send you into this slaughter. We don't need war; it's bad that war is happening in Ukraine,» said Alexander Lukashenka.

If these phrases were taken out of context, it might sound like an intention to keep Belarus from entering the war. However, the context was completely different:

«We don't need war; it's bad that war is happening in Ukraine. We are proponents of a peaceful resolution to issues. But, as I said, the international «party of war» does not want this,» Lukashenka added.

This changes the meaning: we don't want war, but it will happen.

Lukashenka incited hostility towards European countries, NATO, and Ukraine as if they, and not Russia, started the bloody massacre. Lukashenka spoke about the actual inevitability of war but shifted responsibility for it to those who are defending themselves now or preparing for defense tomorrow.

«Hypocritically declaring its commitment to peace, the European Union has openly taken a course towards militarization. This is effectively NATO. At the same time, an absurd hysteria is being fueled about an imaginary threat from the East,» Lukashenka said.

He continues to refer to Russia's imperialist attack on Ukraine as a «conflict» with Russian-oriented political correctness.

«Certain Western politicians are simply annoyed by our independence and sovereignty. Our union with Russia and our commitment to a peaceful resolution of the conflict in Ukraine,» Lukashenka said.

«It is clear that the heirs of the Third Reich suffer from phantom pains from the previous military failures of their grandfathers and great-grandfathers. The desire for revenge does not give them peace,» he said, addressing the phantom «heirs of the Third Reich.»

«There are things we don't talk about, we keep silent,» he stated, speaking about the tension on the border between Belarus and Ukraine.

A few days ago, the commander-in-chief of the Ukrainian army, General Syrsky, indicated that Ukraine had destroyed some transponders on Belarusian territory that were used by Russia to adjust drone strikes on Ukraine. There was no official information about this.

«Those with hot heads should cool them down,» said Alexander Lukashenka, which sounded like words addressed to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

Lukashenka stated that nuclear weapons and «Oreshnik» are «not junk» and threatened their use. However, in the event of nuclear weapons being used from Belarusian territory, a similar retaliatory strike would most likely be launched against our country.
