Electronic queue for submitting documents to universities launched
Starting from July 6, Belarusian applicants can pre-book the date and time for submitting documents to the admissions committee through the new "Electronic Queue" service, as reported by the Republican Institute for Knowledge Control.

The service allows you to choose a convenient time to visit the university and avoid prolonged waiting in a live queue. The number of available slots for booking is limited.
To use the service, you need to log into your personal account on the website of the Republican Institute for Knowledge Control. Applicants who took the Centralized Exam (CE) or Centralized Testing (CT) in 2026 can authorize using their identification number. Graduates of 2025 need to enter their passport series and number in Latin characters.
After logging in, you need to select the region, educational institution, faculty, specialty, form of study, and then reserve the date and time. After confirmation, the system will generate a ticket in PDF format.
If plans change, the existing reservation can be canceled, and another free slot can be chosen.
Applicants were also warned about fraudsters. They were reminded that official SMS messages from the Republican Institute for Knowledge Control only come from the sender rikc.by and do not contain links.
