Alexander Lukashenka met with Viktor Lukashenka, president of the National Olympic Committee, for a report. The questions concerned not only sports.

"Two questions regarding sports. The internal situation, especially after the last meeting (referring to the meeting on June 16. — NN). This is not only hockey, of course. And what is happening on our external track? Who still doesn't recognize us, who has recognized us, and so on," Lukashenka senior outlined the topics.
He also proposed discussing personnel issues concerning the sports sector.
He inquired about his eldest son's opinion on how the "ruling trio" in sports is working, consisting of Deputy Prime Minister Natalia Petkevich, who oversees this area, profile minister Sergei Kovalchuk, and the head of the NOC himself, Viktor Lukashenka.
"How capable is this trio?" Lukashenka asked Lukashenka for Lukashenka's opinion.
Another topic of the report, no longer related to sports, concerned Viktor Lukashenka's personal tasks.
"Including a state issue that hangs on you — this is Oman, the Arab Emirates, partly Africa. How are we working there, how are the projects we discussed in the economy progressing?" Lukashenka asked the head of the Olympic committee.
