Cyclone «Bernadette» is approaching Belarus, bringing a deterioration in weather — rain, thunderstorms, and gusty winds. Currently, the cyclone's center is located over the Baltic countries, but its atmospheric fronts are already affecting the weather in Belarus, Belhydromet reported.

On July 9, short-term rains are expected over most of the country's territory, with thunderstorms possible in some places during the day. The wind will be south-westerly, with gusts. Night temperatures will range from +9 to +14 degrees Celsius, and daytime temperatures from +15 to +21 degrees Celsius.
On July 10-11, the cyclone will move directly over the territory of Belarus, so weather conditions will worsen. On Friday, rains will occur almost throughout the country, and in western Belarus, they may be heavy. Thunderstorms and strong wind gusts are forecast in some areas.
On the night of July 10, temperatures will be around +7…+13 degrees Celsius, and during the day — +17…+23 degrees Celsius, with cooler temperatures in the west of the country — around +15…+16 degrees Celsius.
