A one-story brick building with an extension, located at Monakhava Street, 2A, was put up for sale. It was built in 1998, and its total area is 23.1 square meters. Along with the building, the buyer would receive the right to lease a land plot of 0.0145 hectares for 20 years.

The initial price of the lot was 29,801 rubles and 77 kopecks. Of this amount, about 29 thousand rubles accounted for the building itself, and another 781 rubles and 77 kopecks for the right to lease the land. To participate in the bidding, it was necessary to make a deposit of 5960 rubles, and the minimum step for increasing the price was 1490 rubles and 9 kopecks.

According to the auction terms, the new owner could use the building not only as a public toilet. It was also allowed to open a catering establishment or a retail outlet at this location. In addition, if necessary, the building could be reconstructed or demolished and a new one built, provided all prescribed requirements and established deadlines were met.

Since there were no takers for this object, the electronic bidding was declared to have not taken place.
