"For the whole world to speak Russian, study the Kalashnikov assault rifle." In Russia, a war participant gave an order to schoolchildren on September 1

At the solemn assembly for September 1 in Krasnoyarsk, a participant of the war in Ukraine addressed schoolchildren. The man, dressed in clothes with the letter Z, urged children to study the Kalashnikov assault rifle, "so that the whole world speaks Russian."

A video from the assembly at Lyceum No. 11 in Krasnoyarsk was published by the local publication "Prospekt Mira".

"As one politician said, for the whole world to speak Russian, study the Kalashnikov assault rifle. Happy holiday to everyone once again. Victory will be ours," the man told the schoolchildren.

He was quoting Russian politician Vladimir Zhirinovsky, who died in 2022.

"Dozhd" found out that the person speaking to the children was Alexander Klaus, a participant in the Russian invasion of Ukraine. According to publications in local media, he regularly participates in so-called patriotic events for schoolchildren and youth.

For example, in October 2025, Klaus spoke at a forum for students of the Central District of Krasnoyarsk. At that time, he urged young people to sign a contract after conscript service in the army and go to war in Ukraine.

Klaus himself said that in August 2023, he voluntarily joined the "Black Bars" unit and signed a contract. According to him, he participated in battles in the Avdiivka, Pisky, and Vodiane areas.

After a concussion and a hand injury, Klaus returned to Krasnoyarsk.
