It could have flown in from Belarusian territory and was shot down by NATO fighters.

The drone was shot down in the Kaunas district, approximately 90 kilometers from the border with Belarus.
The scene of the incident has been cordoned off and is being guarded; Military Police and Lithuanian Police forces are currently working there.
"We will not rush to conclusions — an investigation will be conducted to assess all circumstances. The fact is that such incidents will not become less frequent.
