Motorcyclist without a license dies in Pruzhany district

A 39-year-old motorcyclist, who did not have the right to drive vehicles, died in an accident in Pruzhany district, reports the Department of Internal Affairs of Brest Regional Executive Committee.

The accident occurred on Friday around 23:00 on Sadovaya Street in the agro-town of Sukhopol. The man was riding a CANYON 300 motorcycle. Near house №1, he lost control, drove off the roadway and crashed into a roadside tree.

The man died at the scene from his injuries.

The police reminded that riding a motorcycle requires good coordination, quick reaction, and the ability to assess the road situation in advance. Motorcyclists are advised to choose a safe speed that allows them to react in time to changing conditions, and to be attentive and cautious while riding.
