Who is the woman who translates from Arabic for Lukashenko on his tour?
Alexander Lukashenko is on a "tour" of the Global South: Kyrgyzstan, Myanmar, Oman, Algeria, and Oman again. He is accompanied by two interpreters: Sergei Zelenkevich translates into English, and an unknown woman translates into Arabic. "Zerkalo" found out who she is.
The translator's name is Evgenia Lysenko, "Zerkalo" learned with the help of the Belpol organization. She is from Svetlogorsk, she is 27 years old.
Evgenia graduated from the Faculty of International Relations of Belarusian State University. In 2020, an abstract of her diploma thesis was published in the electronic library of this university, and in 2021 - an abstract of her master's thesis. Both works were devoted to the linguistic experiments of medieval Muslim Sufi mystics.
