Its author is the well-known linguist and university lecturer Volha Tratsiuk. The new comprehensive edition has 330 pages, containing 150 exercises and 50 texts for reading. As noted by the department, the tasks are designed to gradually and systematically develop language competencies: from understanding written text to expanding vocabulary and working on grammar.
An important feature of the manual is its versatility. It is suitable for both working with a teacher and for self-study, as it includes an answer key for self-assessment.
The publication was funded by the Didactic Excellence Fund of the Faculty of Applied Linguistics at the University of Warsaw.
