Containers with meat of unknown origin were found in the premises, as well as large bowls with plucked street pigeons — a total of about 300 kilograms. All these products were stored without proper conditions.
In addition, cockroaches were running in the food preparation areas, rat traps were on the floor, and among the supplies, police also found meat from protected species.
The inspection of the "Jin Gu" restaurant in Madrid took place back in March 2025. After the violations were found, the establishment was closed, which was officially confirmed in January 2026. A criminal case was initiated against the restaurant owner for violating public order and food safety regulations.
