The runner had been with Ukrainian Oleksandr Solonsky for three years. Last Christmas, he proposed to Krystsina in New York.

But after the cinematic story with a Tiffany ring in New York's Central Park, something went wrong. In winter, the runner shared that they were almost married — but at the last moment decided to postpone the wedding.

And when she returned to Warsaw, she announced on her blog that she no longer planned to share her personal life. But in the end, she couldn't hold back. Krystsina admitted that she and Oleksandr broke up several months ago. The runner decided to share this sad news with her followers to put a final end to that relationship.
"It was three years. Very different. There was a lot of good in them, many happy moments, but also a lot of difficulty. I hold no grudge. Truly, I don't. I know I gave everything I could to this relationship. Of course, I wanted more. I wanted a family, believed in it, and really wanted us to succeed. But at some point, I had to admit that it wasn't working out. The same mistakes were repeated again and again. We tried, we talked, we started over... But at some point, it became clear that just love and desire are not enough."
Krystsina added that the marriage proposal and plans to get married in the USA most likely only accelerated the moment of separation.

Let us remind you, Krystsina Tsimanouskaya met Ukrainian Oleksandr Solonsky in 2023. This was a rather difficult period in the runner's personal life. She had left her husband Arseniy Zdanevich, with whom she had been for 10 years — the man had by then stopped hiding his mistress.
Almost immediately after the final breakup, Krystsina flew to Greece for a vacation, where she met a new love. The holiday romance grew into a serious relationship — Oleksandr, who was planning to move to the USA, postponed it to stay close to his beloved.
