The General Prosecutor's Office explained what complaints they are interested in on TikTok
The General Prosecutor's Office of Belarus reported that employees of the Minsk region prosecutor's office regularly monitor TikTok and other social networks, as well as media, to respond to citizens' complaints. They pay special attention to problems related to the communal sphere, for example, insufficient heating in residential buildings and schools.

As an example, they cited a case from the village of Maryina in Pukhovichy district, where the temperature in residential buildings and educational institutions was only +10—11°C, although the Ministry of Health standard requires +17—18°C indoors. The problem was caused by a faulty heating boiler, and local utility workers failed to rectify the issue despite citizens' complaints.
After checking, the prosecutors ordered the director of the housing and communal services to urgently repair the boiler and recalculate utility payments for the period when the heating was faulty. The utility workers complied with the order. It is not reported whether the prosecutors took any measures against the housing and communal services officials for their inaction.
Earlier, many Belarusians confirmed that publishing a problem via TikTok is indeed the most reliable way to get attention and have it resolved. Ordinary, non-public complaints do not have such an effect.
