Deputy Appointed for Youth Policy and Student Affairs in Tsikhanouskaya's Cabinet
Aliaksei Hrakhouski will head the youth issues direction within the Representation for Youth Policy and Student Affairs of the United Transitional Cabinet of Belarus.

Aliaksei Hrakhouski's candidacy was approved by the Head of the Cabinet, Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya, as required by the procedure, reported by the UTC.
First and foremost, the new deputy will address issues of youth mobility, education, and employment.
Margarita Vorykhava, the Representative for Youth Policy and Student Affairs, specified the tasks facing her deputy: "The first priority is mobility. Young people move. They build contacts. They build networks. No more barriers. The second priority is education. Real education for a normal future. Real opportunities. The third priority is work. Real business. Real careers. Young Belarusians must be able to build the life they truly deserve."
According to Vorykhava, youth issues are not new to Aliaksei Hrakhouski.
He was responsible for involving youth in democratic political organizations, solved problems of students abroad, and ensured that education in Europe was possible for young people from Belarus: "He mobilized, organized, and brought things to a result. To a real result, not empty promises."
"For too long, Belarusian youth have been ignored. Pushed aside. Told to wait. Told to be silent. Forced to accept the regime's lies about their future. No more. Not on our watch," stated Margarita Vorykhava.
Aliaksei Hrakhouski was born in Minsk on July 22, 2003. A graduate of the Yakub Kolas Belarusian Humanitarian Lyceum. In 2025, he completed his bachelor's degree at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, specializing in international relations and diplomacy. He continues his master's studies there.
Since 2019, he has been a member of the TBM. In 2023, he co-founded the Belarusian Youth Socio-Political Organization LICHTAR. Member of the Association of Belarusian Students. He speaks Belarusian, Polish, English, Ukrainian, and Russian, and is learning German.
