At the end of 2025, the company's owners, the main one of which at the moment is the Netherlands-registered company Bloom Finance Group, decided to liquidate the business.
The reasons are explained by documents submitted to the Economic Court of Minsk in the form of a "LadaGarant" statement requesting its recognition of economic insolvency. According to them, the developer's debt to creditors amounts to over 4.4 million rubles, and assets are sufficient to cover only a quarter of it.
"LadaGarant" was established in 1995, and from the late 1990s, it was used by Alexey Vaganov for real estate investments. In particular, the company acted as a developer for his native Grushevka. But it could not handle the volumes, as a result, Grushevka was handed over for development to other developers.
In the 1990s and early 2000s, Alexey Vaganov was among the top 10 most influential businessmen in the country. He earned his initial capital from trading Ford vehicles and producing vodka in Russia, and gained prominence thanks to the plants established with his active participation: "Ford Union", "MAZ-MAN", and "Yelizovo". The businessman was also an investor in "Channel 8".
