Passengers who purchased tickets to or from Dubai with a departure date up to and including March 31, 2026, and decided to cancel their trip, can get a refund for the ticket price without penalties. Refunds can be processed at the point of purchase before the departure date indicated on the ticket, announced Belavia airline.

Currently, regular flights from Belarus to the UAE and back are canceled until March 6 inclusive. Instead, repatriation flights have been organized from Dubai.
The airline reports that it is receiving updated information from foreign air traffic control authorities regarding changes in restrictions and is adjusting its flight schedule according to the new data.
In case of flight cancellation, passengers will be notified by the airline or tourist operator via the contact details provided during booking. It is important to ensure that the reservation includes an up-to-date phone number and email address that can be accessed during the trip.
