Uladzimir Krikunov told RIA Novosti that his residency permit in Latvia had been revoked.

«They revoked it (residency permit in Latvia), but it's not related to hockey. I'm returning to Moscow, I'm stopping work in Sochi,» Krikunov said.
The coach was born in Russia in 1956, for some time played for Riga and Minsk Dynamo during the USSR era, coached Minsk Dynamo in 1985-1991, the Belarusian national team in 2001-2003 and 2014, Riga Dynamo in 2021-2022, for some time worked in Slovenia and coached its national team, but mainly works in Russia, coached the Russian national team in 2004-2006.
