SOF drones targeted ice-resistant platforms at the Valery Graifer field (formerly the Rakushechnoye field) and the Yuri Korchagin field in the northern part of the Caspian Sea, approximately 1000 kilometers from the front line.
These platforms are used in the fuel supply chain for the Russian army.
The damage to oil and gas infrastructure significantly limits Russia's ability to supply fuel to its troops and replenish its own budget.
