The import substitution project was discussed even earlier, when a special line for the production of similar candies was installed at the factory. Now the development has reached the launch stage.
The new product was named "Dzhoitsy". It will be produced in small 50-gram packages. Two types of fillings are planned: milk chocolate in yogurt glaze or in a colored shell.
According to enterprise representatives, specialists studied customer taste preferences before launch.
It is also reported that over the past year, the factory developed more than fifty new recipes within the import substitution program. Today, its products are exported to 14 countries, with Russia being the main market. The enterprise is also expanding its sales geography and looking for new markets, including in Asian countries: they recently entered Tajikistan, and are now targeting Bangladesh.
