According to the politician, doctors discovered a malignant tumor in him at a very early stage. It had not spread to other organs, so the situation was controllable. Netanyahu decided not to delay and immediately underwent treatment, which included surgery and several additional procedures.
He also explained that he intentionally delayed the publication of his medical report so that it would not coincide with military events and would not be used by Iran for propaganda purposes against Israel.
About a year and a half after the surgery, he underwent a follow-up examination. During a planned check-up, doctors noticed a very small growth — less than one centimeter. They noted that such cases are quite common in men of his age and can either be monitored or treated immediately.
Netanyahu emphasized that he chose an active approach and decided to eliminate the problem immediately. He urged other people to pay close attention to their health and not ignore check-ups, especially when it comes to early detection of diseases.
