Што было раней з іона-абменнымі смоламі? Што за працечка? Хто у стане патлумачыць тэхналагічны працэс?

Беларусь пазбаўлена знешняга маніторынга, на маю думку, бо інакш Белгідрамет не аддаваў бы свайго супрацоўніка на Астравецкую АЭС, проста таму, што АЭС дала кватэру і годны заробак.
