On the night of April 28, an object resembling a drone fell on the roof of a residential building in the center of Chisinau. The incident was reported by the capital's police, who cordoned off the building and evacuated residents, writes Newsmaker.
The police reported that one of the residents discovered the drone on the roof. Specialists and sappers who arrived at the scene cordoned off the area. According to preliminary information, the object was damaged when it hit the roof of the building.
"For safety reasons, all residents of the apartment building's entrance were temporarily evacuated until the object is examined and removed," law enforcement officials noted, urging citizens not to touch unknown or suspicious objects and to report them immediately to service 112.
