"Zhenya agreed to construction, not to fight. And only when he gets out of his binge!": How a resident of Lyozna was sold to the Russian army. He's not the only victim

Yauhen Simanenkov left home to drink with guests from Smolensk and woke up already in the Russian army. And he wasn't the only one treated this way. Before going on a "meat assault," the man spoke with a Belarusian investigator and, likely, deliberately surrendered to captivity to get home. Details.

Yauhen Simanenkov

Earlier, "Nasha Niva" reported that Aksana Antipenka from Lyozna was looking for her common-law husband — Yauhen Simanenkov — who ended up in Russian assault troops under unexpected circumstances.

"Two Armenians from Smolensk came to a friend, called our guy to drink, he went out — and never came back! They forcibly took him away and sold him to a military unit as an assault trooper! They took his cards and used his money," she complained online.

Soon after the publication, it became known that Simanenkov is alive and already in Russia — he was part of an exchange between the Ukrainian and Russian sides.

When Simanenkov will return to Belarus is unknown — he signed a contract with the Russian army. But other details of this story are now emerging, which has turned into a criminal case against the same recruiters.

It turned out that Yauhen Simanenkov is not the only victim of Smolensk residents Nikola and Ashot Aleksanyans.

Relatives of the newly-minted Russian soldiers believe that the person who tipped off the Armenians about local alcoholics is Mikola Parynkin from Lyozna. However, according to town residents, he himself didn't profit much.

"He also set up Sasha Lazukov! Sold him to the Armenians for a bottle of vodka!" — say Lyozna residents.

Aliaksandr Lazukov is a 45-year-old native of Lyozna district with three criminal convictions. Including, as evidenced by the Belpol database, for a sexual offense.

And Mikola Parynkin is a livestock breeder from a neighboring farm. He was once tried for, together with his drinking companions, violently assaulting a neighbor in broad daylight to get into his house and steal something.

At the moment, Parynkin is free.

"He's only acting as a witness. He testified that Aleksanyan asked him to find people for construction work in Russia. And he only heard that the Aleksanyans offered Yauhen [Simanenkov] to go to a construction site, to which Zhenya agreed — but only when he gets out of his binge! But they took him anyway! Which is confirmed by border camera recordings and other evidence!" — say those familiar with the situation.

Meanwhile, Lazukov didn't reach the front, although he signed a contract. He is currently serving time in some Russian military unit and recording numerous videos for his wife and the Belarusian Ministry of Defense. He asks for help to return to Belarus and terminate his contract with the Russian army.

He also clarifies that he didn't see what he was signing and thought he was going to work on a rotation basis. And only at the military enlistment office, he says, did he realize it was no rotation work.

Lazukov also asks for a criminal case to be opened against the aforementioned Parynkin and a certain Dzmitry Mikhailouski.

"My love, I love you, everything depends on you now..." — Lazukov records video messages in Telegram.

Returning to Simanenkov, it's notable that he managed to give testimony to a Belarusian investigator via video call from another soldier's mobile phone right before going on an assault. The investigator reassured him that the case was being investigated.

Judging by this information, this Belarusian had no desire to fight. Perhaps he deliberately surrendered to captivity.

"As explained to us, if the Aleksanyans had received payments and transferred every single ruble to his relatives, then there would be nothing to prosecute them for. But this is clearly recruitment: Yauhen was recruited so that the Aleksanyans could use the fighter's money for personal purposes! This case has articles carrying sentences of five years or more!" — says Aksana Antipenka from Lyozna, who hopes to see her common-law husband alive.

"Пераход да рэспубліканскай формы кіравання залежыць ад нас 10М Беларусаў," Ну про 10 мульюнов, ты уж загнул конечно, хотя это вопрос к методике подсчета. А по поводу языка, то на нём думать надо и жить там надо, а тогда и написание наладиться само по себе. Я в эрбе не живу слава богу и если честно, то и не планирую, какие бы там изменения не произошли.
