He stated this during a meeting with Oleg Kozhemyako, governor of Russia's Primorsky Krai, discussing possible intermediary services of the krai in Belarus's trade with the DPRK, BelTA reports.

“I was in the DPRK quite recently. You know, the leader (Kim Jong Un) made a very serious impression on me. A smart person! A young man, promising, focused on cooperation. He is no dictator there or anything else. He, in fact, cannot be a dictator. So, we have established good relations. And we, Oleg Nikolaevich, are very much counting on you to provide us with intermediary services, as we once discussed, in trade with the DPRK,” he said.
He noted that DPRK leader Kim Jong Un and the head of Primorye are well acquainted and have good relations.
“He told me a lot about you. I said: ‘But this is our man, our friend.’ He was pleased and supported this idea of cooperation ‘Belarus — Primorye — DPRK’,” Alexander Lukashenka noted.
