At the scene of the car explosion
An explosion occurred in a Zeekr car in southwest Moscow.
According to a source, a powerful explosion was heard in a parking lot on Uvvedenskogo Street in the Konkovo district. After the incident, people were evacuated from nearby stores.
Emergency services are working at the scene, and traffic on the road has been temporarily stopped. There has been no official information about the incident yet.
Before that, on the morning of June 9, another car exploded in the Aviatorov microdistrict in Balashikha, Moscow Oblast. According to reports, the BMW exploded almost immediately after the driver got behind the wheel.
The man sustained severe injuries and died. There is no official information about his identity yet, but some pro-war Telegram channels claim that the deceased might have been a lieutenant general.
According to the "Oсторожно, Москва" (Caution, Moscow) channel, there were also two other passengers in the car. One of them managed to get out of the car and helped the other leave the cabin.
