"Belposhta" introduces a fee for international transfers

How much is it?

"Belposhta" introduces a fee of 0.5% of the amount exceeding 2,000 rubles for the issuance and transfer of cash when paying incoming international postal money transfers at post offices and upon home delivery.

That is, when receiving 3,000 rubles from abroad, 15 rubles will have to be paid.

"The fee is not charged for socially significant non-commodity payments, provided that the recipient presents the original document or a copy thereof, certified in the manner prescribed by law, confirming that the international transfer belongs to socially significant non-commodity payments," "Belposhta" reports.
