The scarf (or headscarf) is truly large — 8×8 m — and made of artificial silk in warm hues.

It features the main architectural landmarks of Brest: the Monument to the Millennium of the City, the Kholm Gates of the Brest Fortress, the spire of the railway station, the building of the Brest Academic Drama Theater, and stylized lanterns, writes BelTA.
The scarf also features storks and the inscription "Beloved Brest".
"This scarf is our declaration of love to everyone who lives here and who visits. We wanted it to become not just a record, but a new visual symbol that combines modern fashion and eternal values," the creators said.
