Kazakhstan Quarter for those on the waiting list begins construction in Minsk
A new quarter from a state developer will appear within the streets Chyzunachnaya (Chyhunchanaia) — Dubravinskaya (Dubravinskaja) — Hrushawskaya (Hrushauskaia). Construction will begin with the erection of two skyscrapers — excavation pits are currently being developed, writes Realt.by.

Plans for Belarus and Kazakhstan to implement several construction projects became known back in 2022. One of these is the construction of a Belarusian residential quarter in Astana and a Kazakhstani one in Minsk. Hence the name — Kazakhstan Quarter. On the 4.6-hectare site, more than a dozen production buildings of the former "Santekhdetal" enterprise were demolished here.

Here's how "Minskbud" describes the construction:
"The site is fenced, object passports are installed, and construction equipment is working inside. Residential development will start with two Mapid-built houses № 1 and 2 (according to the master plan). The first is a high-rise duo in the M111-90 series. The second is a M464-U1M 'pencil' type building. Excavation pits for both houses are currently being developed. The process of foundation formation will then begin — they will be made of bored piles."

In total, more than 680 apartments are planned for the quarter. According to standard calculations, approximately 1550 people will be able to live in such a development. Housing here will be offered to those on the waiting list.

A multi-level parking garage will be built closer to Chyzunachnaya Street.
