In Grodno, a kindergarten was converted into a residential building — here's what it looks like
The building was over 100 years old.

Another residential building will soon appear in the center of Grodno. The former kindergarten on Vasilka Street has been converted into housing, writes Newgrodno.by.
The building was over 100 years old. But lately, it had been standing idle. Therefore, the building was put up for auction: the new owner decided to change the purpose of the object and reconstruct it. But, in essence, the house was dismantled and then rebuilt from scratch.
The old bricks were used for this. As seen in the photos, part of the walls were built from them.

The building became larger in volume. An attic floor, in particular, was added to it. A basement also appeared, where a gym will be equipped.
It is known that six apartments with open layouts will be located inside. However, information about the footage and cost of the housing is not yet available in open sources.
Work continues not only on the building itself. Builders have also started landscaping the area. Parking for residents will be equipped near the house.
