A mushroom growing farm not far from Grodno was put up for auction. The enterprise is located near the village of Vulkaўcy, and the starting price of the lot exceeds 10.2 million rubles.

This is not the first attempt to sell the farm at auction. The reason for the sale is the owner's debts.
The buyer is offered not only the enterprise with an area of almost 3 thousand square meters, but also a land plot, which is transferred under lease. According to the description, the farm has the necessary infrastructure and equipment. The list includes a comprehensive line for preparing fruit and berry filler with vacuum cooling.
However, the object has encumbrances. Specifically, the lease right for the land plot is pledged, a mortgage is also registered, and there is a prohibition on real estate registration.
Despite the high price and these restrictions, five participants have already expressed a desire to acquire the enterprise. The bidding is scheduled for September 22, and applications from interested parties are accepted until September 21.
