In Belarus, the prices at which precious metals are purchased from the population in the form of products and scrap have significantly increased. The Ministry of Finance determined the new rates with its resolution.

Gold prices in Belarus were last reviewed in August 2025. The new rates are significantly higher than the previous ones.
Now, 151.87 rubles will be paid for a gram of 375 fineness gold, which is 22 rubles more. The following prices have been set for other finenesses: 500 — 202.49 rubles, 585 — 236.91, 750 — 303.74, 900 — 364.48, 916 — 370.96, 950 — 384.73, 958 — 387.97 rubles per gram.
Platinum rates have also increased. A gram of 950 fineness platinum will now be paid 155.80 rubles — 24.70 rubles more.
Silver purchase prices have also risen: 4.55 rubles will be paid for a gram of 750 fineness, 800 — 4.86, 875 — 5.31, 916 — 5.56, 925 — 5.61, and 960 — 5.83 rubles.
The new prices for precious metals will take effect in Belarus starting September 15.
