Ministry of Justice Suspends License of Another Real Estate Company

The Ministry of Justice has suspended the license of Realtex LLC for two months to carry out real estate activities. The decision was made after it was revealed that real estate services were provided to a client by a person who was not an employee of this organization, writes Office Life .

The company's license will be suspended from September 15 to November 15, 2026. During this period, Realtex is not entitled to provide real estate services. Clients of the company can unilaterally terminate agreements concluded with it.

The Ministry also took measures against the company's management and the real estate agent who was supposed to work with the client. It was the client's complaint that became the basis for the inspection and the application of sanctions.

In recent months, the Ministry of Justice has tightened control over the activities of real estate organizations. In early September, the licenses of real estate agencies "Expert" and "Tvoi Dom" were suspended.

In August, such measures were applied to the agencies "ERA-Nedvizhimost", BELTSN, and "VSP Nedvizhimost-Invest". And the metropolitan agency "Atlas Nedvizhimost" was deprived of its license by the Ministry of Justice after repeated violations.
