In late November, the official recorded a video inviting fellow residents to ask her any questions – stating that she was open to dialogue and wanted to hear from people.
However, a curious incident occurred: no one could write anything, as comments under the video were disabled. For some time, people simply remained silent, and it looked as if no one was interested in communication at all. It only later became clear that the comments had been blocked by the official herself — either intentionally, or she simply forgot to enable them.
Petukhova has been working as Deputy Chair of the District Executive Committee since May and is responsible for the social sphere.
