In Babruysk, stepfather involved minor stepson in drug trafficking. They were given 28 years in prison combined
The 17-year-old stepson marked the locations of stashes in a mobile application.
A 33-year-old man, working as a drug courier for an online store, involved his 17-year-old stepson in the criminal enterprise, promising the teenager money and "treats" of psychotropics.
From May 2025, the family tandem managed to place about 80 stashes with especially dangerous substances 4-CMC and alpha-PVP on the territory of the Mogilev region.
According to the investigation, the relatives' activities led to a real death: one of the clients died from poisoning after intravenous use of the purchased drug.
The investigation established that the teenager's role was to record the coordinates of the stashes in a mobile application.
In court, the man completely denied guilt, while the boy admitted it only partially.
By court decision, the stepfather received 16 years in a high-security penal colony and a fine of over 11 thousand rubles (250 basic units). His minor stepson was sentenced to 12 years of imprisonment.
The verdict can be appealed.
