Trump's Advisor Described Him as a Vengeful Person with an Alcoholic's Temperament, and Musk as a Ketamine User
White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles spoke unexpectedly frankly in an interview with the American magazine Vanity Fair. Among other things, she stated that US President Donald Trump has an "alcoholic's temperament," the traits of which are amplified when he consumes alcohol.

Wiles said she grew up with an alcoholic father and is well-versed in such "brightly expressed personalities." She shared her assessments of Trump and his entourage as if she didn't have to fear for her job, writes BILD.
Here are the most notable statements.
Trump is driven by a thirst for revenge. Many actions during his second term are dictated by a desire for retribution. "I don't think he wakes up in the morning and thinks about revenge. But when the opportunity arises, he will take it," says Wiles.
Trump ignores advice, including on issues of deportations, customs duties, and pardons. For example, Wiles recounts that she unsuccessfully tried to persuade him to postpone the announcement of major customs tariffs, as there were "serious disagreements" among his advisors on this matter.
"He acts in the conviction that there is nothing he cannot achieve. Nothing, absolutely nothing," the advisor says about his character.
Wiles also speaks unfavorably of Vice President JD Vance. According to her, he "has been a conspiracy theorist for a decade," and his transformation from a Trump critic to a loyal ally was "entirely politically motivated."
About technological billionaire and former Trump ally Elon Musk, Wiles says he is an admitted ketamine user and "an eccentric, as geniuses often are."
After the interview's publication, Wiles criticized Vanity Fair on X, stating that her words were taken out of context.
"The article published this morning is a false hit piece against me and the best president, the best White House staff, and the best cabinet of all time.
Important contexts were ignored, and much of what I and others said about the team and the president was omitted. After reading it, I assume it was done to portray a consistently chaotic and negative image of the president and our team," she wrote.
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt also reacted to the article: Trump "has no more important or more loyal advisor than Susie," and the entire government, "grateful to her for her wise leadership," stands united behind Wiles.
